Fashion and Events Photojournalists
The process of creating a photo report has several phases. Models, usually, only perceive the intermediate phase, that is, posing or being caught by the camera. However, before and after that one-second click there is a whole world of work.
To start, before a photo session we like to analyse the people and places that will be part of the scenes we are going to shoot. The quality of the light, the style, the setting. In the case of wedding couples, for example, we like to meet them personally, to know their character, their expectations…
When it comes to models, we also need to know the purpose of the report, which side or sides of themselves they want to show in the images.
With all this knowledge, we mentally craft a work plan: a guide to the type of images we want to obtain and how we will do it. This, of course, does not stop creativity from presenting itself and the flow of an act or event from surprising us with a wonderful snapshot we had not thought of.

From there begins another equally important and delicate process: post-production, retouching. No matter how well the shot is taken (and we always make sure it is), the editing is essential.
Explaining the different techniques we use for all this would be very long, but what we can tell you is that the same image can acquire very different nuances and visual effects depending on the editing we apply to it. It can be more romantic, more energetic, more powerful or more delicate, depending on the values we apply.
That is why we also like our clients to see this variety of options and to discover, through interviews with them, which style suits them best, the one that best defines them and that will make their photo report fully identify with them.
Tell us how you prefer your photos, which style or styles best suit your wishes. And if you don't know yet, don't worry, we will discover it together.
